Pole Dance Skills


Learn about pole fitness, have tons of fun, and join our community of dancers!  Health benefits of pole dancing include speeding up your metabolism, improved flexibility and mobility, increased strength (builds muscle), burns fat, improves self-esteem.  All levels welcome to join!

Scorpion Pose


Come increase your strength and flexibility with our yoga classes! In our Basic Yoga class, foundational yoga postures are practiced to align, strengthen and promote flexibility in the body (no previous yoga experience required).  We also offer Restorative Yoga which encourages physical, mental, and emotional relaxation. Appropriate for all levels, restorative yoga is practiced at a slow pace, focusing on long holds, stillness, and deep breathing.

Yoga Nidra—known as yogic sleep—is a meditation and conscious relaxation practice that is intended to induce total physical, mental, and emotional relaxation. An hour of yoga nidra is as restorative as four hours of regular sleep. Yoga Nidra can help ease insomnia, decrease anxiety, alleviate stress and reduce PTSD symptoms.  It can also alleviate chronic pain and chemical dependency, heighten awareness and focus, transform negative habits, and foster feelings of peace, calm, and clarity.
