Roller Skate and Polerskate
Roller Skating is a reparative experience that helps us recreate our childhood while getting fit and burning calories. Then take your skating to the next level with Polerskating - a combination of roller skating and pole dancing! Bring your own skates (quad or inline) and learn how to integrate pole dancing and roller dancing!
Strength and Conditioning
Pole dancing is tough. Conditioning for the pole is even tougher. Come increase your strength and flexibility with this yoga flow for strength class. No previous knowledge of pole dancing required. Open to all levels.
