Learn about pole fitness and how to integrate pole dance with any type of traditional dance style.  We offer beginner, intermediate and open studio pole classes, as well as special events where we learn about other forms of pole dance such as choreography or exotic dance.

Pole Dancing Studio

Intro to Pole Dance

If you have never tried pole dancing, this is where your journey begins. You will learn the fundamentals of pole dance technique and strength training that will prepare you to join our beginner level classes. We recommend that you take Intro to Pole 3-5 times before moving on. Please wear shorts or pants that can be rolled up to expose the back of your knees. Please note this Training Program does not update or change like the other Programs. These are foundational moves we teach to move on to POLE 1 and will not update until you have moved on to POLE 1.

This class is for TOTAL NEWBIES

Pole Dance 1 - Beginner

If you have tried pole dancing before and are comfortable with walking, basic spins and pole crunches then this beginner level pole dance training program is right for you. You will learn how to spin, climb, and move smoothly up, down, and around the pole. This is the level where you will begin to dance in the air for the first time while building the strength you will need to prepare for inverted techniques.

This class is for BEGINNERS.

Pole Dance 2 - Pole Strength & Conditioning

If you feel comfortable with Pole 1 and are ready to invert or you are already performing basic inversions, then this intermediate pole dance training program is right for you. You will continue to learn more advanced climbs, spins, and floor work variations while building the strength and confidence necessary to perfect and advance your inversion technique.

This class is for INTERMEDIATE

Heel Yeah!

Heel Yeah! will release your inner sexy and seductive goddess! Learn how to drag, glide, slide, clack and master your Pole and Dance flow in sky high heels!  Understand the fundamentals of knowing how to use your dance shoes...all while being your sexiest self!  This is a mixed class incorporating beginner and level 1 moves, so there will be something for everyone! 

This class is for BEGINNERS (LEVEL 1) and INTERMEDIATE (LEVEL 2)

Open Studio

Don't have a pole at home to practice on?  Come to Open Studio! An instructor will be present at the Open Studio but this is not a formal class.  It is, essentially, as if you are practicing at home.  You must practice within your capability, comfort level and based on prior instruction.

This class is for ALL-LEVELS.


Occasionally we have guest instructors who will teach a workshop on a specific topic including Twerking, Choreo, Floorplay, Liquid motion, Pole Fluidity or Inverts.

Most Workshops are for ALL-LEVELS.

Pole Tweens! / Pole Kids!

Pole dancing for kids is purely fitness-based, without any sensual or provocative elements. Both girls (AND boys) are taught how to use a vertical apparatus to build their strength, coordination and flexibility. ... It can improve motor skills, including balance, coordination and spatial awareness.  

Pole Tweens Ages: 12 years old - 16 years old. 

Pole Kids Ages: 4 years old and up 


Returning Soon!

Intro to Polerskate.  Combing Pole Dancing with Roller Skating and you have Polerskating!  No knowledge of Pole Dancing is required.  You must have knowledge of basic roller skating.  Skates will not be provided, please bring your own skates. Protective gear (at least wrist guards) is mandatory.   

This class is for ALL-LEVELS.

Pole 3

If you feel comfortable with Pole 2 and aerial inversions, then this intermediate-advanced pole dance training program is right for you. Level 3 will bring your abilities to the next level with power spins, more advanced inversions, and challenging holds which involve fewer and/or smaller points of contact. You will learn how to bring all the skills you’ve acquired together to execute both dynamic and fluid aerial combinations.

This class is for ADVANCED.

 Our Floor training program covers Flexibility, Core and Liquid Motion. These classes are designed to suit all levels. This class focuses specifically on grounded movement (floorwork & basework). Students will learn fundamental dance theory, heighten movement awareness, and play with organic sequences that emphasize stability, control, and fluidity. *Layers are suggested (leggings, pole shorts, legwarmers, knee pads, socks, and a tee-shirt).
